Amazon PPC for private-label brands

Your Amazon growth is stuck on one thing. Let's find it.

Most stalled accounts don't need more ad spend. They need someone to name the real bottleneck (ads, conversion, organic rank, catalog or inventory) and deal with that first. I run your ads and tell you every month where the account is really stuck.

Run by a former Amazon seller. No setup fee. No contract.

Bottleneck found: the listing converts below its category, so every click costs more. Raising bids would make it worse.

Diagnose first

Five places Amazon growth gets stuck

Agencies tend to sell what they do, usually more ad management. I look at the whole account first, because the fix depends on where it's actually stuck.

01

Ad efficiency

Spend going to search terms that never convert, and a campaign structure that isn't tied to your margins.

02

Conversion

Titles, bullets, images and A+ content that don't turn clicks into orders, so every click costs more.

03

Organic rank

Ads drive sales, but indexing and rank don't move, so you keep paying for the same growth.

04

Catalog

Variations, backend keywords and listing setup that quietly hold products back.

05

Inventory

Stock-outs and late restocks that undo months of ranking progress.

More traffic doesn't fix a conversion problem.

More ad spend doesn't fix a profitability problem.

Better PPC doesn't fix a catalog or inventory problem.

How it works

Run the ads. Find the bottleneck.

Free audit

I go through your account and tell you plainly where it's stuck and what to fix first. No commitment.

I run your ads

Campaigns, bids, budgets and keywords for every product, managed against targets set from your real margins.

Monthly bottleneck review

Every month I check the whole account and tell you the one thing holding it back, even when it isn't the ads.

  • Sponsored Products, Brands and Display campaign structure
  • Bids and budgets set against margin-based ACoS and TACoS targets
  • Keyword research, search-term harvesting and negatives
  • A monthly check on conversion, organic rank, catalog and inventory
  • Title, bullets and backend keywords rewritten for your 3 main products
  • Direct access to me, not an account manager

Pricing

One flat fee. Every product.

Per-product pricing means your bill grows every time you launch something. Here it doesn't, and there's no cut of your sales.

  • Every product included
  • No setup fee
  • No cut of your sales or ad spend
  • Month-to-month, cancel anytime

Spending more than $5K a month on ads, or need more than 3 listings rewritten? I'll quote it based on what your account needs.

About

Hi, I'm Shawn Deol.

I've run Amazon accounts from the seller side, worked inside a full-service Amazon agency, and now help private-label brands directly. Across all of it, the lesson is the same: stalled growth usually comes down to one bottleneck nobody has named yet.

6 figures

Built and ran my own supplement brand on Amazon.com to six-figure annual revenue, managing $10K+ a month in ad spend across Sponsored Products, Brands and Display.

#3

As a consultant, took a client's product to #3 in its Amazon sub-category and made it profitable after their previous agency hadn't.

Agency side

Ran diagnostic calls with brand owners at a full-service Amazon agency, finding each account's bottleneck and building growth plans.

$120K/mo

Co-founded a DTC e-commerce business that peaked at $120K a month in revenue.

Questions

Fair questions

Why is it cheaper than an agency?

There's no account manager layer, no per-ASIN pricing and no cut of your sales. You work with me directly. It's focused on your ads plus a monthly check on what's really holding the account back, rather than full-service management, and I only take on a handful of brands.

Is there a contract?

No. It's month-to-month at $499 with no setup fee, and you can cancel anytime. Start with the free audit and decide from there.

Do you manage listings and inventory too?

Not as full service. Every month I tell you the one thing holding the account back, whether that's ads, the listing, rank, catalog or stock, and what to do about it. The $499 includes rewriting the title, bullets and backend keywords for your 3 main products, and I keep backend keywords updated every month. Anything bigger I can quote separately.

What does the free audit include?

I look at your ads, listings, organic rank, catalog and inventory, then tell you where the account is stuck and what I'd fix first. You can act on it yourself or have me run your ads from there.

I already use PPC software. Do I still need this?

Software is good at running rules, but someone still has to decide the structure and targets, and whether ads are even the problem. If the bottleneck is the listing or the stock, better bid rules won't fix it.

Will I lose my campaign history if I switch?

No. Your data stays in your Seller Central account, and it's exactly what the audit works from.

Who is this for?

Private-label brands selling on Amazon with one or a handful of hero products, spending up to $5K a month on ads, whose growth has stalled.

Send me your store or brand name and your main product. I'll reply with what I'd look at first. I'm taking on 8 brands, so each one gets real attention.
